Shipping Info

  • All orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • The payment will not be processed until order is shipped.
  • Some items may ship separately.
  • Some items can't be shipped internationally. See product page for more information.

When will I get my stuff?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.


An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.
You can also track your package from your Account page.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (EMS/K-Packet),
number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination country/region.
International shipping will be calculated during checkout by EMS of KOREA POST.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations.
If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

We, sadly, can't ship to everyone. We appreciate your interest in ARITAUM,
and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs Fees

Customs fees (taxes, duties, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
ARITAUM has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc.

Shipping & Refunds Info

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

  • Step 1 Fill out the Return Form on your packing slip.
  • Step 2 Leave a Return Authorization(Order No.) number and return instructions to My Account → My Q&A → “Leave a message”
  • Step 3 Fill out the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
  • Step 4 Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available,
    please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Return the package to us using the delivery
    service of your choice. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
    Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.

[1] Our system accepts the address written in English only. So please re-check your address before the payment. If the items are returned to us due to the incorrect address details by customer, we are not in responsible for re-post and also delivery fee can't be refunded.

  • 1. 本店只限使用英文地址,若依然填写中文地址,该订单将不通知收件人直接取消。(包括收件人姓名只限英文填写)
  • 2. 不得输入中文输入法中的英文,空格以及其他标点符号。 若有输入该标点符号订单将被取消。
  • 3. 不得重复输入地址,将配送地址分三个部分填写由小到大。
  • 4. 必须填写邮政编码。
  • 5. 因顾客填写地址有误而返还的订单概不退还邮费。

We do not refund for change of mind or lack of expertise for use of product. We do not exchange colors for change of mind.
Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by us.

We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email our customer service department as soon as possible – include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods (with pictures).

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will refund the product free of additional freight charges.

We do not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postage receipt in return parcel.

Our returns policy only covers the items purchased from this website. We do not accept returns on overly used products or products not purchased directly from other suppliers.

Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning goods.

Please report any incorrect, missing or damaged items received from us as soon as possible. This can only be done by Email and should be forwarded to ARITAUM Customer Service.

If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 60 days of receiving your original notification that you would like to return the goods. Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.
We own the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
